I can't say enough good things about this experience. From check-in to check out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our visit very relaxing. My husband and I went for an anniversary trip so we booked the Romantic Sunset Oasis Tub (which I highly recommend). Everything was set up beautifully and it was beyond my expectations! And the food there? Great. The cafe had yummy options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the amenities and pools were so fun to check out throughout the day, we didn't leave the property once until our check out. We are excited to come back again in the future.
Went with my wife for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. We spent our time enjoying all the pools and saunas, though this time we did not get any spa treatments. The Oasis area was great and each of the five mineral pools out there felt very secluded from each other giving you the feeling of having the property to yourself. The main mineral pool was the perfect temperature. It was great to go from a hot tub to a cool shower and into the big mineral pool. We did stay in a room there which is the perfect way to experience the property. Staying in a room gave us access to the Himalayan salt room which was extremely relaxing and the ice room which was the perfect way to end the day before heading up to our room. The food at the cafe was excellent as well. The highlight was the house made salsa which was outstanding! The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. I do wish there was a steam room on site and the reflexology walk was underwhelming, but those aren't enough to give any kind of knock on the experience.
I absolutely love this place. It is an amazing place with even more amazing staff. Kim is the most wonderful host and always ensures everyone is comfortable and happy. Samantha at the front desk is a ray of sunshine and always goes beyond to welcome everyone. We met Nadine today who was another wonderful guest service representative. The food is so fresh and delicious and the mineral waters are so relaxing . This is our sanctuary and I am so glad I found this place. I have brought so many people here and everyone enjoyed their stay.
I needed a solo trip, and I'm so glad that my Instagram feed showed me this place. This place is only 2 hours east of Los Angeles and easy to get to. Service was great from the moment I walked into the hotel. Thankful for three charging stations right on the property. Throughout my stay, staff were always tidying up, refilling water stations, fixing lounge chairs, and you never saw an overflow of used cups. The oasis was beautiful, and guests kept to the 30-minute limit, allowing all guests to have a private moment. The pool was a great temperature, and guests were mindful of the quiet rules. I've frequented hot springs, and what I LOVE is that there was no lingering odor and smell that one associates with hot springs. This made having it pour into your room's soaking tub way more enjoyable. I appreciated the simple touch of having tea lights and incense available while you enjoy the soaking tub. Both massage and facial ... were PHENOMENAL. Advice: - Be mindful that the cafe closes early. - You can request a late checkout. BUT if it doesn't happen, you can check out, leave your items at the front desk, and continue using the amenities. I've already recommended this place to several people. Will come back.
4.9 stars. Azure truly is an Oasis. The pools and grounds are fabulous, and the food is extraordinary. I spent a small fortune in the gift shop buying up its rare finds. A negative was the showers in the women’s locker room — every shower was full of hair (in the drains, on the floor and on the walls). It was 3 pm, so not the end of the day either. The older woman employee (no offense, I’m old too) who oversees the women’s locker room would be better off ensuring the showers are clean vs combing the grounds to shush 🤫 everyone. She did this all afternoon, and no one was loud or bothersome. She was annoying. Another guest asked me if the pool I was in was hotter than the one she was in, and just then that same employee walked in and told us to be quiet. No one else was in there, and we weren’t loud at all. Her only purpose to come in was to shush us, because she left immediately afterward. We were inside an enclosed room with two jacuzzis. The jets were louder than we were, and so was she.
